Meet the team behind Optitude OCC
Kim is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development with over 25 years of HR experience gained within senior positions at major brands across multiple sectors, including Financial Services (Insurance and Money Transfer), Pharma Retail, FMCG Manufacturing the Oil and Gas Industry. She specialises in HR, OD & L&D Kim’s leverages her wealth of knowledge with thoughtfulness and insight, but she doesn’t pull her punches. Instead, she adopts a practical, common-sense approach and gets the job done, working and collaborating with others to sort things out to a successful conclusion.
Simon Childs has over 25 years of experience in sourcing high calibre candidates for some of the UK’s most dynamic boardrooms in the city of London and elsewhere. Simon has also worked in management consultancy, so he brings a wealth of understanding about what makes organisations successful and how great teams can achieve extraordinary results.
Sally is a down to earth and positive Consultant Finance Director who loves working with fast-moving, ambitious businesses, particularly start-ups, scale-ups, and businesses undergoing transformational change. Having spent several years as Finance Director at HMV, partnering with the CEO, she is well versed in supporting strategic decision making, developing and implementing cross-functional business change. Leveraging her deep experience, Sally assists clients in building resilience through strategic business planning, improving working capital management, cost-base restructuring, systems integration and stakeholder management.
